I am a non-US resident and had funds withheld. Can you explain why?

Foreign nationals who are non-US resident are subject to US income tax on their US income.
As a result, the IRS (Internal Revenue Service) requires Yapstone to withhold funds when funds are sent to a non-US resident entity.
